This weekend was full of ‘on the go’ moments and as many of you know, Wendys always has my back. This salad was perfect for after a workout and before our Saturday ‘good good’ meal. The Asian Cashew Chicken Salad was better than any salad from Panera.. yup I said it. It was filled with edamame, fresh cucumbers, and red bell peppers. Not to mention the chunks of delicious grilled chicken and cashews.

This definitely is a new favorite of mine and I would recommend it to anyone. Grabbing food on the go doesn’t mean it has to kill your diet or your wallet. Just under seven dollars and only 380 calories, you can’t beat it!
