Just thought I would try something new! I thought I would show you guys what a normal day of eating looks like, an update on my training, and a look into my life. I have no idea if I’ll ever Vlog again but I thought I would give it a go. Any comments/suggestions are more than welcome below!

BAR PUSHUPS // INVERTED ROWS

TRI PRESS DOWNS // BAND PULL APARTS
