It seems like no matter how hard we try- we can’t seem to stop eating out. It’s convenient when you need dinner at 8 pm and have worked all day but   not only is it expensive but it’s definitely not the healthiest. We decided to start putting together our (longly anticipated) healthy easy recipes/budget book and I figured why not post some meals every now and then

Not to mention I love cooking for the Hub

Feta Meat(Turkey)balls

Shout out to my Grammy for hooking ya girl up with the meatball recipe #MVP

Serving: Makes 12 Large Meatballs

All you’ll need is

2 lb. Ground Turkey
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
4oz. Crumbled Feta
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder

*Rule of Thumb- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs per 1lb. meat & 1 egg per lb. meat

Throw it all together, make some balls, and make them for about 15 minutes at 375!

I’m serving them with whole wheat angel hair pasta & marinara sauce (boring). But feel free to get crazy with your sauces, you cray cray foodies
