This morning started with a coffee stop, grocery trip, and.. the shooting range? Nope, not the gym.
This afternoon ended with new video footage, hours of editing, and a big ol’ cooking fest. Nope, not the gym again.
Chad made steak with blue cheese and bacon, hearty turkey chili (I’ll post that recipe soon), and burgers. We’ll be eating gooood this week and I might be the luckiest girl in the world.
In the blink of an eye, today was gone. It’s midnight and I’m finally sitting down to write this. I was planning on telling you all about my workout expect it never happened. Sometimes lifting gets put on the back burner. And thats okay. Today was filled with spending time with family, working on our blogs/channels, and cooking for the week.
Missing a workout isn’t the end of the world, you haven’t given up or failed at this whole ‘healthy you’ thing. Make the most out of your time, do what you can to make tomorrow better, and keep on going y’all.
